Whakatane at Ruatoki


Site Info:

The Ruatoki water level is situated in the mid Whakatane catchment approximately 9.4 km upstream of the rivers confluence with the Waimana river. The site was installed with a primary purpose to collect data to assist with flood management.

Levels below approximately 1.0 metres may be inaccurate due to the nature of the bed of the river and the type of monitoring equipment used.
