Site Info:	The Tutaetoko rain gauge is situated near the headwaters of the Tutaetoko Stream at an altitude of 730 metres above sea level. The Tutaetoko forms part of the Otara catchment. The site records a mean annual rainfall of 2350mm and daily falls of up to 265mm.
